- Detailed coaching to ensure effective and safe workouts. Doing the work is just half of the task.
If you have the correct technique and coaching points you can maximise every session you do as no one wants to waste time and energy to not progress and get the results you want.
- Online workout plan and training advice for your current environment i.e. hotel, home, gym so you have no excuses to get the job done. Travelling, time and just day to day life can get in the way of anyone's best laid plans. But if you have options and a plan B or even a C, then you will not be beaten.
- Help to give you drive, confidence and/or motivation. If it is talking through where you are right now, discussing where you want to be. Sometimes having an external input can assist you to gain clarity and purpose and ultimately change your mindset to smash your goals.
