The Everyday Programme has helped me to be more focused on what I eat and how much exercise I do during the week. Without having to go on some crazy diet and do two hours of exercise a day. I've only done the initial four weeks but have lost 6lbs and feel a whole lot fitter as well.
With it only being between 10 mins to 30 mins of exercise a day (and not everyday) I was able to fit this in with my daily routine.
With the added bonuses of having a trainer on hand to answer any questions and a friendly community to help drive you along!

Eight Weeks to change |
So why eight weeks? Because eight weeks allows you to create a strong link to your new training and dietary habits. It allows you to progress even further and see how this can really be a change for life.
Once the initial 8 weeks are up, you progress through 4 more stages to keep you going and progressing The Everyday Programme can show you that you do not need to commit hours and hours to the gym or take a daily magic fat burning pill to see positive results in your health and fitness. |
Have to say burpees are easier now than at the beginning but still hard work... love the fact I can do this at home while hubby watches Tv and little one sleeps.. feel so much better for doing this! (Even if I look like a beetroot!)

The Everyday Programme is not for you if...
- You are already finding excuses to not fit in 10-40 minutes of spare time a day, 3-4 days a week
- You are not ready to commit to doing something different and possibly out of your comfort zone for 56 days
- You are not ready to change, even if you really, really want to this time
- You do not want to work hard to get the results you want
- You want fast and drastic results at any cost
- You are going to give up at the first obstacle and claim "it didn't work for you"
The biggest learning for me was the importance of the diet and just understanding what I eat and what nutrients they contain. Given that I do a reasonable level of exercise anyway this was the area I found most interesting.
