Get Fit must ensure that all our subscribers know which personal data we hold for them and exactly what we do with it. You in turn must give us explicit permission to hold your data for these purposes; if you do not, we shall have to remove your details from our database.
The data we hold:
Get Fit holds your personal information you provide - such as name, date of birth, email address, contact details, health and medical information and lifestyle information to assist in the delivery of its services. These details are held on our behalf on the secure servers of the commercial service provider MailChimp® and also on Google Drive and not on any private computer.
How we use your data:
We do not sell or otherwise make it available to any third party, and you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link provided on every GET FIT email that we send you or by sending an email to [email protected]. Get Fit will use the information you provide to be in touch with you and to provide TIMETABLE CHANGES, NEWS, UPDATES, information and marketing. We will also from time to time photograph and/or film you. Such images of you may be used on advertising/social media/website/marketing material. This service is intended for use by healthy individuals.

Subscription and cancellation
By completing the purchase and joining Get Fit Foodie (GFF) you agree to a monthly payment being payed by you until you inform us and cancel the PayPal subscription, standing order or other payment method.
Payment will be taken on a monthly basis from the day of your initial payment.
You have 14 days to cancel your subscription from the day of signing up. If you use the service within the 14 days you may be charged for the days you have used.
If you cancel outside of the first 14 days then you will be charged for the full month and have access to service up until the monthly renewal date.
The service
Get Fit will endeavour to provide feedback on your submitted entries within 24 hours.
The advice/suggestions/guidance that you will receive are intended to support the service only.
You can use email, Facebook messenger, Twitter messenger, Instagram messenger and WhatsApp to send through your photographs.
You are responsible for any costs related to sending the photographs. Please check any roaming or data charges with your internet or phone service provider before commencing the service.

By agreeing to take part in sessions provided by Get Fit you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Get Fit accepts no liability for any injury occurring as a result of taking part in sessions.
Your instructor is fully insured.
If you your health changes at any time during your time with Get Fit you must provide information of the details in writing.
Correct information will always be provided in all sessions.
Get Fit will sometimes take photographs/video footage for marketing purposes; your consent will be sought at the time of taking.
Payment Policy
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via Stripe, BACS, Cash and debit/credit card. All sessions follow a 24 hour cancellation policy. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 24 hours. Once payment has been made your session place is held for the duration of the block. Your place will not be re-sold. You have from the start of your block to take your sessions. Pricing for classes includes the expectation that you may not be able to attend every session within your block. In the event of absence, and providing at least 24 hours notice is given we can endeavor to accommodate you on another session within your block period – SPACE PERMITTING.
Sessions cannot be carried over from one block to another unless under exceptional circumstances.
Once you have a place on a block of sessions you will receive priority booking for that same space on the following block. Changing to another session time may only occur if space is available.
All non-block bookers (including friends) can book their space prior to each session by either email/text.
All non-block bookers will be allocated a space on a first come first serve basis.
General session information
Sessions run in all weather conditions throughout the year- make sure you have the correct clothing/footwear to add to your comfort and personal safety.
A Physical Activity Readiness form and consent form must be completed by each person before participating in any classes. A medical clearance form may be required prior to participating in any sessions.
Bring water to keep you hydrated.
The format of each session starts with a warm up, main work sets followed by cool down.
