At each session you can push as hard as you choose. The other group training members and I will be there to help motivate you along the way so you get the most out of your training. Exercise is relative. We all move differently and we all have different levels of fitness and abilities. At Get Fit Be Strong the aim is to provide a workout that suits you and your goals. |
