Get Fit Be Strong - A personal Trainer and more
In 2010 my first child was born. In 2011 the second came along (didn’t hang about). Get Fit Be Strong's original roots were based on a blog I started just after my son was born, which was all about being a dad of 2 - working - and trying to maintain some level of fitness. I was then given the opportunity to go on a Level 2 gym instructor through my work as a trainer. This course spurred me on and ignited the fitness flame in me to this day.
Although I had been to gym on and off over my life and done my fair share of half marathons and running training, I never had been what you call a serious gym goer. I had had bits at home and moved some weights in the gym but that was about it. I also hadn't been in a study mentality since my A' Levels (we won't mention any more about those), so beginning to learn a whole new subject and remotely was new to me. But it got me hooked. I completed the course and with the space of 12 months had completed my Level 3 personal trainer course.

I was in and raring to. I started running small group training sessions and looking to help anyone willing to participate. In late 2013 I moved back to Oxfordshire from Suffolk and that is when Get Fit Be Strong was created. Providing group training to village locations and personal training where ever the clients needed it.
Get Fit Be Strong is always evolving and so am I. I can honestly say that I have learned more since completing my Personal Trainer course than I did during it. The health and fitness industry is always updating and changing and if you don't look to move with it, you and your clients get left behind. My passion is to encourage strong, healthy lifestyles around peoples day to day lives. Aiming to give variety and enjoyment whilst motivating people to work damn hard to get the results they want. People get bored of the same old gym routine look for a change and something to really get them moving on their health improvement journey. Hopefully I have an option for you.
