Get Strong Fit

What's it all about?

Exercise is relative. We all move differently and we all have different levels of fitness and abilities.
At Get Fit Be Strong the aim is to be able to provide a workout that suits you and your goals.

Whether you want to:
  • Get moving
  • Get back into exercise
  • Increase your range of movement
  • Push your own limits (body and mind)
  • Improve your strength, speed and cardiovascular fitness
  • Get started on your exercise journey

You will work on your own, with friends, in pairs and in groups to get the most out of the training.

At each session you can push as hard as you choose. The other Get Fitters and I will be there to help motivate you along the way so you get the most out of your training.

Over your time at Get Fit Be Strong you will:
  • Get stronger
  • Gain muscle to create a healthier, more powerful and stronger you
  • Lose fat
  • Lift more and condition your body to be able to handle heavy loads
  • You will progress through the movements and exercises at your own pace​

Each session will be:
  • Challenging
  • Enjoyable
  • Motivational
  • Without military style shouting or aggression (unless you bring that yourself!)

We use a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercies

From cicruits to team work drills, the sessions vary to keep you engaged and more importantly, progressing.
