Exercise is relative. We all move differently and we all have different levels of fitness and abilities.
At Get Fit Be Strong the aim is to be able to provide a workout that suits you and your goals.
Whether you want to:

At each session you can push as hard as you choose. The other Get Fitters and I will be there to help motivate you along the way so you get the most out of your training.

- 5 of the workouts are bodyweight only, no kit required to do anywhere you have the space
- 5 of the workouts feature a kettlebell or dumbbells to give you even more variety
