One to oneUsing a Personal Trainer is about working to achieve your goals. Whether that is to tone up, build muscle, get quicker, stronger or leaner. Get Fit Be Strong will give you the edge, the support and the structure you need.
You will receive a full fitness assessment to help gauge where you are and to help measure your progress. I offer one to one personal training at a gym facility in West Hagbourne, Near Didcot, Oxfordshire. Coaching personal training clients from Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and anywhere (face to face or online). Semi private Personal TrainingIf you are looking for a qualified personal trainer with a dedicated, personal approach but want to include a partner, friend or family member then I offer personal training for pairs or small groups. Training on your own can be seen as daunting, but when you train with someone you know you will have fun, share the experience and grow and develop together.
You get the same level of service as you would for one to one personal training but with the added benefit of having someone you know motivate, push and encourage you…along with me of course to keep you going and achieving your goals. If you want personal training in a group of 2, 3 or 4 please contact me for further details and get a package that suits you. Packages from: £17.50 per hour |
