12 Week Face to Face Training Programme
The 12 week personal training, face to face training programme is designed specifically to improve your muscular strength and endurance for cycling. It is a progressive programme, starting with assessments in week 1, to see exactly where you are and what you need to work on.
You will follow the Get Cycling Strong 12 Week Programme, but each week you will progress based on your own capabilities and level. The programme includes power, strength, endurance and conditioning elements to ensure that you improve your cycling across all areas (different terrains, race types etc...).
The programme is limited to 5 people. Allowing you to get the most out of your training and gives me the opportunity to provide a high standard of service and coaching you deserve.
